Walla Walla WWII Memorial

Location: Washington

This project was performed through the PBS Community Investment Program, which supports non-profit organizations by donating technical services.

PBS donated land and UAS drone surveying, geotechnical engineering, and site grading engineering design for the development of a World War II Memorial in Walla Walla, Washington. The monument will honor at least 90 local service members who died during the war and more than 3,800 men and women from the Walla Walla region who entered the armed services during the conflict. The project broke ground in early 2018, with an anticipated opening of November 2018.
