Orchards Elementary School

PBS was retained by the project architect to complete civil engineering design and permitting for the construction of a new 60,000-square-foot elementary school. The project’s design scope of work included utilities (water, sewer, stormwater); public right-of-way improvements (half-street, site access road); grading and erosion control; and off-site improvements to SR-503 (raised center median). This effort, involving five different agencies, was coordinated by PBS in less than six months.
