Padden Parkway

Padden Parkway

This project, along a 3.5-mile corridor in Clark County, Washington, included four signalized intersections, two bridge overcrossings, soundwalls, a pedestrian trail, and extensive landscaping. A traffic analysis was performed examining design conditions and safety issues, including collision history at the major intersections. This project included federal funds which required compliance with all associated permitting, right-of-way acquisition procedures, noise studies, cultural resource investigations, and extensive public involvement.

HDJ (now a division of PBS) provided transportation engineering, grant writing and landscape architecture.
