Southridge Village, HAPO Credit Union

PBS provided planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for this project located at Hildebrand Boulevard and SR-395 in Kennewick, Washington.

The Village consists of mainly five buildings, including a HAPO Credit Union and a Starbucks. The design included parking lot layout, completed a master utility and grading plan, and a stormwater conveyance system. The design focused on water wise and drought tolerant plantings with the most seasonal color to tie into the use of stone in the architect’s building design.
