Port of Vancouver Terminals 4 & 5

Terminal 4 Redevelopment
This project involved the multi-phase redevelopment of Terminal 4. This phase of the project involved the relocating of current tenants in preparation for the new use of this approximately 50-acre site.

HDJ – A Division of PBS provided civil engineering, land survey and wetland delineation services. Survey services included predominately topographic survey, with some boundary survey to set corners and borders.

Terminal 5 Redevelopment
This project involved the multi-phase redevelopment of the Alcoa/Evergreen Aluminum Plant site into the new Terminal 5. Done in three phases, this 210-acre project consisted of surveys, construction of a marine cargo lay-down area for storage, new access roads, a new stormwater collection and conveyance system, and creation of a Master Plan for future development.

HDJ provided civil engineering, land surveying, traffic engineering, and project management.
