  • PBS environmental staff have more than 30 years of experience performing UIC inventories, UIC condition investigations, site investigations, soil and groundwater testing; UIC design, permitting and installation; green street design, pervious paving design; infiltration testing, UIC/stormwater retrofit design, management of laboratory samples, and evaluation of data with respect to applicable regulations.

  • PBS’ highly qualified staff works regularly with local, state, and federal agencies to negotiate permitting requirements and acquire permits for public and private projects. Our experience with government agencies across Washington and Oregon ensures an efficient, streamlined permitting process. PBS also maintains close coordination with engineers and other consultants to ensure project details are represented correctly in permit applications and the full range of alternatives and impacts have been considered.

SPCC Plans and SWPCP / SWPPP

  • PBS has developed, executed, and certified Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasure Plans (SPCCs), Stormwater Pollution Control Plans (SWPCPs), and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) at hundreds of facilities, including major oil distribution sites, industrial properties, hydroelectric sites, military installations, and transportation terminals. Our plans meet the strict requirements of the EPA, U.S. Air Force, Coast Guard, and other regulatory bodies.
